This website lotoseyewear.com ("Site") of [ Puyi Group ] ( “we” or “us”) and related services are made available to you pursuant to the following Terms and Conditions (the "T&C"). Please read the T&C carefully. By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these T&C. We recommend you keep a copy of the T&C for future reference.

We may modify the T&C from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised T&C. Your continued use of this Site thereafter constitutes your agreement to the revised T&C. We suggest that you read and check the T&C regularly. If you do not agree to the T&C or any changes to them, you must immediately stop using the Site.

2. Warranty & Repair

Warranty & repair service are applicable for products purchased from authorized retailers. You only have a contractual relationship with our authorized retailers from which you purchased the products, but no contractual relationship concerning the products and services with us. Other than this Warranty & Repair service, we have no contractual obligations to you concerning the products and services.

2.1 Warranty

We provide Unlimited and Lifelong Warranty for LOTOS Solid Gold Frames. Your original solid gold frame of your LOTOS solid gold 18kt model is guaranteed against any material and manufacturing defects for a period of a lifetime. Under this guarantee, any metal parts found by our technical service to be defective as a result of a manufacturing fault or a defect in material, will be replaced free of charge. In order to be valid, the guarantee card must accompany any request for repairs or replacement duly completed, dated and signed by any approved LOTOS dealer.

It is not possible to return your Lotos solid gold 18kt spectacles for credit.

The guarantee does not cover:

Damage resulting from accidents, mishandling or abusive use, such as violent handling or contact with water
Unauthorized alteration, manipulation or repair as well as the consequences of normal wear and tear of the frame
Improper execution of adjustment and alignment of the glasses and lenses

Only approved LOTOS GOLDBRILLEN GMBH is authorized to repair and render service to LOTOS LUNETTES model. Repairs by any other parties will invalidate this guarantee. The acetate parts are not covered in the lifelong warranty

2.2. Repair

We only accept requests for repair services of products purchased directly from our authorized retailers. Should you wish to find out if a retailer is authorized or not, please reach out to us via service@lotoseyewear.com or leave your message here.

You may request for repair of products covered by warranty.

For products that are not covered by warranty, we will collect the products from you to estimate the scope of repair and provide a quotation and estimated timeframe for undertaking the repair.

A valid guarantee card issued by LOTOS must be accompanied with any request for repairs or replacements.

We reserve the right to decline the request for repair in our sole discretion. The decision of LOTOS GOLDBRILLEN GMBH shall be final.

We will endeavor to provide good repair service, but does not guarantee that any products accepted for repair are repairable. We do not guarantee the lead time and cost for completing the repair which depends on factors including the level of damage, the availability of parts and materials of the products.

3. Use of this Site

"Content" is defined as any graphics, pictures, logos, icons, images photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text, and the compilation and organization thereof on this Site.

We endeavor to ensure that the Content on this Site is accurate and complete, but do not guarantee that all Content is accurate or error-free.

These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws where the authorized retailer from which you purchased the products is domiciled, and the Courts of the jurisdiction where the authorized retailer from which you purchased the products is domiciled shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and the Chinese version of these T&C, the Chinese version shall prevail.
